Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SweepOS (“the Service”), a cloud-based platform for managing cleaning operations, provided by Meffecta AB, org. nr. 556916-8106, (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Account — your registered SweepOS account and all associated data.
- User — any individual who accesses the Service through your Account, including administrators and employees.
- Customer — the legal entity (cleaning company) that holds the Account.
- Customer Data — all data uploaded, entered, or generated through your use of the Service, including client information, employee records, schedules, photos, GPS data, and documents.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation.
4.3 Users and Access
You are responsible for ensuring that all Users under your Account comply with these Terms. You control who has access and at what permission level.
5. Customer Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to your Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate through the Service.
5.2 License to Us
You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
5.3 Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor and you act as the data controller.
5.4 Data Export
You may export your Customer Data at any time through the Service’s export functionality. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Subscription
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We may change pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
6.2 Free Tier
The free tier is provided as-is with no guaranteed service level. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
6.3 Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All amounts are in SEK and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
6.4 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we materially fail to provide the Service, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
7. Availability and Support
7.1 Uptime
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7.2 Support
Support is provided via email at hello@sweepos.app during business hours (CET). Response times depend on your subscription tier.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Maps). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Meffecta AB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then permanently delete it.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
