What counts as an admin vs a worker?
An admin is anyone who works from the office: scheduling, invoicing, reporting. A worker uses the mobile app to see their shifts and log their work. You only pay the higher rate for the people who need the office tools.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes, really. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, free, and then moves to Free unless you upgrade. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card: a solo operator or a small team can run on it with up to three workers and 30 clients. Anyone working from the office counts as one of the three, and any of them can be an admin.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Anytime. Add or drop seats whenever your team changes, and billing just follows along.
Do you lock in my data?
Never. Your data is yours. Export it whenever you like, and we'll lend a hand if you ever decide to move on.
Which currency am I billed in?
Swedish companies are billed in SEK, everyone else in EUR. We show both.
